Taylor, 20, and 6' tall is from Austin, Texas. He started lifting weights to improve his overall strength for baseball during his senior year in high school. He continued training and became more conscious of proper diet. The first summer after he graduated from high school, he got a gym membership at a local gym and continued lifting weights. When he started a regular diet and workout routine in August of 2005, he weighed about 178 lbs and his body fat was around 17%. Taylor started going to the gym seven days a week. He would lift five days a week, and played basketball twice a week for his cardio. He was also doing a lot of long distance running. He lost a lot of body fat during this time, but he wasn't very muscular. From magazines to books with facts and studies about building muscle, he created a workout plan that was fit for him, and designed his own diet. He got up to 206 pounds when bulking up. In January of last year he decided to lean out for the summer time. He also heard about a local natural bodybuilding competition around this time, and decided to give it a try. The 2007 OCB Texas Shredder Classic Bodybuilding, Fitness And Figure Contest was held on May 5th in Austin, Texas. Close to 120 athletes performed to a packed house. Taylor won the Collegiate Division and came in second in the Novice Men Tall Division. He is at 183 lbs.; 31" waist and 6% Bodyfat.
